Named for Higher Ground’s home town, Magic City is a medium roasted and bodied coffee that blends the best Central American beans. One of our more popular blends, this coffee is uncommonly sweet, characterized by the taste of wild berries that lingers on the palate until joined by a smooth milk chocolate aftertaste and a clean finish. Rich and flavorful, it’s perfect for your morning cup.

All of Higher Ground’s coffees are Fair Trade, organic, and shade grown. This way, we can guarantee that the family farmers we depend on for excellent coffee are getting a good price for their product, and that their way of life and approach to agriculture will be preserved for years to come. Fair Trade certification better enables the farmers who grow our coffees to keep their family owned farms and benefit from economic and educational programs—in short, allowing the fruits of their labor to be reinvested in their own communities. All of our coffees are also grown in the shade of the forest canopy—preserving ancient forests and natural habitat for innumerable species of plants and animals.
